• No Change-of-Mind Returns: Due to the unique nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

• Damaged in Transit: If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Processing & Dispatch

• Gallery pieces (pre-framed artworks) are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days, after purchase

. • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Costs

• Local Pickup (Free): Available from our Singleton location during business hours.

• Standard Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

• Fragile & Oversized Items: Larger or delicate pieces may require specialty couriers. Contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 5-12 business days, depending on location.

• Delays may occur due to courier services, weather, or peak periods.

Damages & Returns

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assess and arrange a replacement or repair.

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items, as per Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
